Can’t speak highly enough of the service centre at City RV. We had an ongoing issue with our batteries that affected the use of our JB Gator considerably when off grid. We were travelling at the time. Josh not only understood the problem well, but sorted it out within a day, kept open communication with us and was so easy to deal with. Thanks again Josh for your incredible work on our van. The service centre is also really well set out which makes drop-off and pick up easy. Would highly recommend this company.

We had our NCE washing machine fail in our Gator X. The team at City RV liaised with JB Head Office and NCE. The machine was replaced under warranty and we were able to get back on the road. Absolutely fabulous service and a really great team to deal with. A big shout out to NCE also.
Very impressed with Chris and the team who found the problem with our water pump sucking in air and repaired quickly. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
These guys are the best to buy from. We love our Wildtracker and have had no issues over the 2 years we have owned her. Some minor things that have occurred were fixed, replaced or sorted without a fuss. With all the negativeness with Malibu’s, don’t be afraid to give these guys a go as nothing negative from them and the van is the best!
Chris and his team are great. Bought our caravan off them last year. Was very easy dealing with Jordan and a great hand over from Chris. Had an issue with warranty and they have gone out of their way to get it sorted out for me. Any questions I've had, Scott has been able to help with give me the advice I need. Very happy with the caravan and the service.
We are currently travelling Australia (3rd day in) and pulled in To city RV Wagga to get some advice on how to stop the bounce and boat feeling while towing the van! Absolutely recommending this company! Outstanding service, they guys couldn't do enough for us! We have had our van for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier. They showed us all extras and advised which are popular prior to deposit, they gave us all of the information we needed and sorted out our ute so it could tow the van including electric brakes, reverse camera ( reverse camera standard on our van) and anderson plug. The service upon pick up (our first ever van) was second to none! We were also sent an email containing the walk around which explains how everything works and how to assemble etc so, we can re watch it when needed as we dont travel often at this time of year. We highly recommend buying a van from these amazing people!
