Warranty Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement

By clicking this checkbox and by submitting this form, I understand that the Malibu Caravans include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, and JB Caravans include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. City RV facilitates warranty claims on behalf of the manufacturer but is not the provider of the manufacturer’s warranty.

I further understand that these warranties are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
